These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") are a binding contract between you and Pawklyn. By accessing the App or ticking the consent box at sign-up you confirm that you have read and accepted this Agreement and the Privacy Policy; registration cannot be completed otherwise. Your acceptance is recorded with date and version. The App is operated by Travione Global Turizm Taşımacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Türkiye.
You must be at least 13 years old. You agree to provide accurate, current information, to keep your account secure and to take responsibility for all activity under it. Pawklyn reserves the right to restrict multiple, fake or impersonating accounts.
The App contains content you upload ("Your Content"), content other members upload and content owned by Pawklyn. You are solely responsible for Your Content and warrant that it does not infringe intellectual-property, personality or other rights of third parties. You may not copy other members' content, use it commercially or take it off-platform. No ownership in Pawklyn's brand, logos or software is granted to you.
The following are strictly prohibited everywhere in the App, including private messages: selling, buying, bartering or breeding animals, paid adoption or deposits, and any animal trade — including prices, phone numbers or ad texts written onto photos; using someone else's animal's photo as your own, or creating fake, duplicate or misleading listings or profiles; harassment, threats, blackmail, hate speech, obscene or violent content; any act against animal welfare or its encouragement; any other unlawful content or conduct. Violations are detected via community reports and AI-assisted automated systems and sanctioned under Section 8. Abuse of the reporting mechanism is itself sanctionable.
For your safety, sharing phone numbers and external links is restricted in listing texts: in adoption listings contact stays in the in-app chat; in lost listings phone sharing is allowed so the animal can be found quickly.
Pawklyn grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Copying, reverse engineering, scraping and unauthorised commercial use of the App are prohibited.
You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Pawklyn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, translate and distribute it and to use it in promoting the service. This licence also covers processing by automated systems (including moderation) for purposes limited to providing and improving the service. Upon account deletion this licence ends, except for legally required retention and anonymized records.
Pawklyn RESERVES THE RIGHT to hide or remove content it deems in breach of this Agreement without prior notice and to restrict, suspend or terminate accounts. Enforcement combines AI-assisted automated systems and community reports; severe sanctions are subject to human approval. An in-app appeal channel is available and appeals are reviewed by a human.
Adoption is strictly FREE OF CHARGE; no money, food, supplies or other benefit may be requested in return. Digital declarations approved by both parties are retained as evidence. Lost listings are for genuine cases only; duplicate or false listings may be blocked by automated systems. Pawklyn is NOT A PARTY to any introduction, meeting, adoption or other transaction between users and does not guarantee the accuracy of user declarations, including animal health, behaviour, vaccination or identity.
Pawklyn DOES NOT conduct criminal-background or identity verification checks on its members. YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS ARE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. ALWAYS USE YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT AND TAKE APPROPRIATE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHEN COMMUNICATING WITH OR MEETING NEW PEOPLE; we recommend meeting in public places.
Premium features apply while your subscription is active. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via the store (Google Play / App Store) before the end of the period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the store's policies. Pawklyn reserves the right to change features and prices; changes do not affect the paid current period. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account; all your data, including uploaded files, is permanently deleted. Pawklyn may terminate accounts for breach with notice, or without notice in severe cases. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination, subject to store policies.
PAWKLYN PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY AS TO UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, THE ACCURACY OF CONTENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Your rights under mandatory law remain unaffected.
If you believe content in the App infringes your intellectual-property rights, send a notice explaining your ownership and the infringement to support@pawklyn.com. Notices are reviewed; justified claims lead to removal and repeat infringements to account termination.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAWKLYN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM COMMUNICATIONS, MEETINGS, ADOPTIONS OR OTHER INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS, THE CONDITION OF ANIMALS, THE ACCURACY OF USER DECLARATIONS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. PAWKLYN'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PAWKLYN IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction; consumers retain their rights to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at their place of residence. Pawklyn reserves the right to update this Agreement; material changes are announced in-app and continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact: support@pawklyn.com
