Account and Data Deletion

In short: You can delete your account in-app, instantly and completely — including every file you uploaded.

To delete your Pawklyn account: App → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

What is deleted?

In short: Everything — profile, pets, content, messages, matches and all files.

Your profile, pet profiles, posts, comments, stories, messages, matches, subscription and ALL uploaded photos/videos are permanently deleted.

What is retained?

In short: Only anonymized consent records and legally required records.

Adoption-consent records are retained in anonymized form as evidence; records we are legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period.

If you cannot access the App

In short: Apply by e-mail; answered within 30 days.

Send an e-mail titled "Data Deletion Request" from your registered address to support@pawklyn.com; your request is completed within 30 days at the latest.
